Abstract

The primary aims of this report are: To describe and analyse 1) overall levels of psychological strain 2) job satisfaction, and 3) the main psychosocial working conditions identified in the HSE‟s Management Standards for work-related stress (demand, control, support, role, relationships and change). To describe pertinent relationships and provide comparative data for benchmarking purposes. To track changes and compare findings with those from before relocation (Phase 1).
