Abstract
The role of SMEs in the economy is increasingly recognised across Europe. The European Learning in Smaller Companies project, funded in part by the EU under the Leonardo da Vinci programme, piloted and evaluated the use of Internet delivery of course material to managers in SMEs. This article briefly describes the role of technology both in transnational project management as well as in course delivery.
