Abstract
The aims of this proposal are to: -Study one aspect of anticipatory care (promotion of self care and support) to investigate how it is understood and delivered in practice -Articulate the nursing contribution to anticipatory care -Identify skills and competences required -Inform identification of potential outcome measures
