Abstract
A correlation study was conducted to investigate how the performance on tests of executive
function, pseudoneglect and visuospatial bootstrapping relate to scores on an ADHD self
report scale. It was hypothesized that there would be a negative correlation between
performance on tests of executive function and scores on ASRS-v1.1. It was hypothesized that
there would also be a negative correlation between scores on the ASRS-v1.1 and a measure
of pseudoneglect. The final hypothesis was that there would be no correlation between scores
on the ASRS-v1.1 and visuospatial bootstrapping. This study recruited 100 participants and a
Pearson's correlation and standard multiple regression was conducted on the data of 86
participants. No significant results were found in relation to the first two hypotheses. The
final hypothesis was true, as there was no correlation found. There were other intriguing
significant correlations identified between other tasks such as Greyscales and clock test,
clock test and TMT, and the VPT and TMT which are covered in the discussion.
