dc.description.abstractThis article focuses on the rehabilitation services that have developed as a result of the rising incidence of hip fracture and the clinical challenge that it presents. The background to rehabilitation developments for elderly orthopaedic patients and the way in which different schemes have been initiated in accordance with local needs and resources are described.
